Pinnacle Pastures Farm will have White Mountain and heritage breed broilers again this year. Let us know early if you will want more than just a few. They will be on pasture once they are feathered out with a no soy-no corn grain mix. Available on a first come first serve basis.
White Mountain broilers are quiet, fast growing, well-feathered birds with excellent conformation. Many hatcheries refer to these birds as "cornish cross" and they are fully capable of reaching 4 lbs. in 6 to 7 weeks. We will grow these birds on pasture to enhance flavor and nutrient content and density of meat which will require an additional week or two.
Photos of the flocks will be available on the web as they grow. Please place your order early to ensure your enjoyment of these delicious birds for those special dinners!
