Thank you for choosing to order our meats! Eggs, duck, chicken, goose, pork, lamb, and beef may be ordered online! The prices are for on farm pickup. You must have PayPal to order online. We can ship via FedEx for an extra fee.

Lamb

Lamb: $4.50 per lbs. hanging weight.

Pork

Half or Whole Hog...$1.50 per pound hanging weight. Indicate whether you want a half or whole hog.

Individual pork cuts - enter the number of pounds you wish to purchase of each cut. If you do not want to order that specific cut, please leave the field blank.

Pork Tenderloin: $12 per lbs.
Pork Chops: $5 per lbs.
Pork Steaks: $5 per lbs.
Pork Roast: $5 per lbs.
Baby Back Ribs: $6 per lbs.
Spare Ribs: $5 per lbs.
Country Smoked Ham: $5 per lbs.
Nitrate/Nitrite Free Bacon: $8 per lbs.
Shoulder Bacon: $7 per lbs.
Canadian Bacon: $8 per lbs.
Side Pork: $3 per lbs.
Bratwursts/Patties (flavors available upon request): $5 per lbs.
Breakfast Links/Patties: $5 per lbs.
Italian Sausage: $4 per lbs.
Ground Pork: $3 per lbs.
Fresh Hocks: $3 per lbs.
Smoked Hocks: $4 per lbs.
Livers: $2 per lbs.

Pastured Poultry

Silver Appleyard or Saxony Duck: $5 per lbs.
Muscovy Duck: $5 per lbs.
White Mountain Broilers: $3.25 per lbs.
Goose: $5 per lbs.
Eggs: $2.50 per dozen. Indicate how many dozen you would like.

Beef

Beef whole, half, or mixed quarter is $2.75 per pound hanging weight. Front quarters are $2.25 per pound hanging wt. Rear quarters are $3.25 per pound hanging weight. Indicate whether you want a quarter, half, or whole beef.

Individual beef cuts - enter the number of pounds you wish to purchase of each cut. If you do not want to order that specific cut, please leave the field blank.

Hamburger Patties: $6 per lbs.
Ground Round: $6 per lbs.
All Beef Roasts: $6 per lbs.
Beef Heart/Tongue/Liver: $2.50 per lbs.
Round Steak: $7 per lbs.
Sirloin: $9 per lbs.
T-Bone, Porterhouse, Ribeye: $11 per lbs.
Beef Tenderloin: $17 per lbs.
Flank Steak: $9 per lbs.
Short Ribs: $5 per lbs.
Beef Soup Bones: $4 per lbs.
Natural Casing Wieners (msg, nitrite, and glutamate free): $8 per lbs.
Stew Meat: $6 per lbs.
