One Quarter of Beef (minimum 100 pounds shipped to your door)  Includes:

  • 30% Premium Ground Beef: 30 one pound packages 
  • 35% Savory Cuts: An assortment of Roasts which may include any of the following: Arm, Chuck, Rolled Rump or Sirloin Tip, and packages of stew meat, all vacuum wrapped.
  • 35% Steaks: An assortment which may include any of the following: New York Strips, Porterhouse, Rib Eyes, Round, Sirloins, and T-bones, all vacuum wrapped.

When you reserve your 1/4 Beef Share, we will choose the finest, plumpest, healthiest steer for YOU. Our expert butcher will process your beef after 2 weeks of dry aging. When it's ready and the final payment has been processed, we will ship it directly from our farm to your door in 2 big boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen in a box with insulation and ice packs!

Our calves are raised on mixed pastures of grasses, clover and alfalfa with their mother for 10-14 months. Cattle are rotationally grazed (moved daily) during the grazing season, to a new section of fresh pasture. GRAIN-finished cattle receive free choice NON-GMO grain with high quality hay during finishing months to provide tender, premium beef for your table.
